Pledge Form
If, after reading about the Legacy Appeal and the four CMCs, you decide that you would like to leave a Legacy Gift to one or more of the Charities, it would help enormously if you would inform the Legacy Appeal office of your intentions.
You are under no obligation whatsoever to let us know, nor is the "pledge" legally binding; it is simply to help us in planning the future. It also gives you the opportunity to tell us whether or not you would like to be kept informed of the activities of one or more of the CMCs.
The simplest way to let us know your intentions is via a Pledge Form, which is available as a pdf file. To open the file, you will need Adobe Reader, which can be obtained free from: www.adobe.com

You can then print the form - note that it was designed for A5 paper.
Note that the facility to complete the form on-line and email it to the Legacy Appeal office, mentioned in the Legacy Pack, is still under development.
